Lismore uses custom designed state-of-the-art recruitment specific software package that is fully relational and enables consultants to log and monitor all client/candidate contacts and correspondence in great detail. It also enables Lismore to perform detailed candidate searches both quickly and efficiently.
Its automated quality assurance functions have kept the quality monitoring procedure simple and straightforward.

Once our consultants receive CVs, which are assessed for relevant skills and competencies depending on the work roles they apply for. Candidates will have their identity and relevant qualifications/documents (original) checked and photocopied, prior to a face-to-face interview with the consultant. Candidate notes are taken and the candidate, if successful, is then invited to register with the company database which involves filling up a simple online application form at Lismore Terminals. The terminals are state-of-the-art which takes candidate's pictures after the completion of the form.

Subsequent to registration, two references will be taken for every candidate. The consultants will then check and verify their reference. Those candidates, whose applied position involves working with children and vulnerable adults will undertake a police check. After these formalities candidates begin to receive work from our Clients.
